Also, Irv's brutally honest description of Andy in his debut novel causes Andy to take a long look in the mirror. Meanwhile, Ephram realizes that he and Kyle (guest-star Steven R. McQueen) may have even more in common than he originally thought. Lastly, Amy bonds with a cool teacher at Colorado A&M. She goes to a meeting about a search for the new Provost with a few other women invited.
