Punky Brewster: As this special 5-part season finale begins, Henry and Punky are playing cards at the apartment when Henry receives one of the most devastating phone calls of his life. He and Punky rush down to his photography studio, only to find it burned to the ground, and as the cause of the fire remains unknown, Henry realizes that his entire livelihood is now gone. His depression leads to a bleeding ulcer, which lands him in the hospital. Life start looking up when a social worker arrives at the apartment to let Henry officially adopt Punky, but everything is placed in jeopardy when Mr. Chillings discovers Henry's current health prognosis.
